The only positive aspect of the hotel was its location, which was convenient for accessing Centro Mall and its variety of local and Western cuisines. However, even this advantage was diminished by the fact that the hotel's in-house cafe was a disappointment. There were no other notable positive aspects of the hotel.
The hotel was in a very run-down condition, with old and cranky rooms that were not worth the price. The in-house Chinese cafe was a complete rip-off, overcharging for food and not providing good service.

within a walking distance of the royal gallery. we dined at macaroni food and coffee, that is just 600 metres away. we will be back, no complains at all. free parking was provided to the guests.

The hotel provided excellent transportation options and had abundant parking. It was conveniently located next to Centro Mall, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Centro Mall, offering a variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. You won't have to worry about finding places to eat or buy essentials during your stay. Another advantage is that the hotel is not far from Aeon, only a short 5-minute drive, making it easy to access major shopping centers.
It is disappointing to note that the hotel is not close to other major shopping centers or a wider range of restaurants.

We had a great new year experience at this hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel was in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free parking.
The slow Wi-Fi speed and the limited TV channels available. the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels were a bit worn out.
